KISMET GUARDIAN — PLACEHOLDER TERMS (v0.1-placeholder)
This placeholder document exists so the terms-acceptance flow can be built and
tested end to end. It is NOT the legal Guardian subscription agreement.
Confirmed business rules this document must eventually codify:
- 12-month commitment; no early cancellation; no self-service cancellation.
- Auto-renewal for successive 12-month terms; renewal notice 30 days prior.
- Non-renewal via portal request: free when submitted >=15 days before renewal,
$100 service fee inside 15 days; subscription ends at the current term end.
- Additional computers: $12/month each, co-terminating at the renewal date.
- Removed seats remain billable until the end of the current term.
Kismet will deliver the final terms document before launch (Phase 8 at latest).
